This book is a doctoral thesis that investigates the impact of advanced theological education on organizational growth, using the Cameroon Baptist Convention (CBC) as a case study. The study examines four specific variables: doctrinal stability, spiritual maturity, effective discipleship, and church leadership. A sample of 450 respondents was selected, and quantitative research methods were employed to collect and analyse the data. Using regression analysis at an alpha level of 0.05, the study found that advanced theological education has a positive and statistically significant effect on church growth. Based on these findings, the author makes recommendations aimed at strengthening theological education and enhancing the growth and development of the church.
