This volume Histochemistry in Focus with subtitle A Sourcebook of Techniques and Research Needs, presents a broad array of histochemical techniques applicable to the study of the many cell and tissue types (e.g. neurosecretory cells and connective tissue) as well as to the constituents (e.g. nucleic acids and carbohydrates) that are present both in invertebrate and vertebrate organisms.
