Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

What if Homo sapiens never left Africa-and died out soon after? When two university students-Alexander Conway and Abasi Hamisi-venture into Poland's ancient Bialowieża Forest, they're hoping for relics. Instead, they find a narrow cave that nearly kills them... and a portal to an alternate Earth. In this strange new world, Neanderthals and Denisovans rule. Both species have built advanced civilizations-locked in conflict, shaped by entirely different histories, beliefs, and cultures. Homo sapiens? Extinct. The students are quickly captured and imprisoned in a Neanderthal labor camp, where scientific experimentation takes a grim turn. Separated from Alexander, Abasi must rely on the help of a young Neanderthal to find his friend-and escape this world before they vanish into its depths forever.Blending speculative fiction with real paleoanthropology, The Cave to Another World is a thrilling journey into what might have been. Perfect for fans of alternate history, first contact stories, and worldbuilding grounded in science, it explores evolution, identity, and the boundaries of civilization.
