Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

You may not have disappeared all at once. Maybe it happened through praise. Through being easy. Through becoming the one who understood, helped, smiled, adapted, performed, softened, managed, translated, waited, and made yourself less difficult to love. That's Not Me is the first book in the I AWAKE 7-day journey series. It begins where many self-development books politely refuse to look: at the version of you that was rewarded for going missing.Across seven intimate days, Camilla Wellton guides you through the architecture of adaptation. You will explore what they loved first, the rules you still obey, the roles that became your personality, the truths you learned to make easier to hear, and the grief beneath the good cage. That's Not Me is for the reader who has been praised for surviving in a form that no longer fits. It is a sensual, honest, tender, and sometimes sharp first step into The Sensual Hero's Journey(TM).Not because something is wrong with you. Because something real in you is still here.THIS IS NOT A BOOKIt is a guided sensual experience. Part reading, part writing, part listening, part drawing, and part embodied practice. This is not another self-help project to improve managing yourself. It is a seven day guided journey where the real you, the one under the act, gets to breathe. No perfection. No managing. No fixing. You don't need a new version of yourself. You need a new way of being with yourself. One that makes space for your truth, your pleasure, your sensuality.Seven days over which you'll gradually become aware of what was never yours to carry. To help you listen and to feel what's real, in your body, before you explain it away. To let your body's signals mean something.Because when you begin from there, everything shifts. Not with pressure. With presence.EACH OF THE SEVEN DAYS INCLUDES1 guided audio practice before you start reading to ground you in your body1 daily theme to focus your attention and help you name the unspoken3 prompts that match the daily theme with ample writing space within the book1 body map for you to track your sensations in relation to the daily theme1 guided audio practice to close the day with awareness and self compassionThe journey also includes an audio guided imaginal practice to be done after the 7 days for deeper integration as well as one longer guided audio practice you can experience anytime you need a gentle dose of sensual nervous system regulation. This is the first guided sensual 7-day journey in the I AWAKE The Sensual hero's journey(TM). It opens the first triad of the series, the realm of possibility. All audio is found on the Sensual institute private course platform.
