Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

"Nikalta Hai Surya Fir Se" is a poignant collection of poems that take us back to the final decade of India's struggle for freedom. As the nation transitioned through various revolutionary and religious upheavals, a young student in Kanpur, Shri Shivaji Srivastava, with a deep love for his country and its heritage, observed these events with a sense of hope and determination. Amidst the chaos, violence, and unforgettable pains, his patience gave way to a stream of poetry that emerged naturally from his heart. These writings honor the sanctity and proud history of India, challenging those who belittled its struggle. The birth of an independent yet divided India marked a new chapter in his life as he took on the role of a government officer. However, his pen never ceased to champion the causes of national, social, and familial harmony. I, as his son, am proud to present his heartfelt expressions in this book. - Akhil Kumar Srivastava
