Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

Pallavi Rajhans, known as Palo, is a distinguished cardiac surgeon in Mumbai who has overcome numerous personal challenges. Her early life was marked by trauma when, at just two years old, her father, Sagar Rajhans, was arrested in a hit-and-run case, and by seven, he had mysteriously disappeared. Despite these hardships, Pallavi's determination propelled her to medical school, where she excelled and committed herself to helping others. During her epidemiological research, she uncovered critical health issues affecting the city, marking a significant breakthrough in medicine. However, her life takes a dark turn when her patient, Disha, also known as Madhubala, tragically dies from asphyxiation due to an anaesthetic drug. As the media calls for her arrest, a high-profile investigation ensues. Her ex-boyfriend, Hanumat Shivdasani, an accomplished IPS officer, steps in to confront those seeking to frame Pallavi, unveiling a web of conspiracy and deceit far more extensive than anyone anticipated.
