Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

A story that teaches the consequences of stealing, jealousy, and telling people the wrong information about yourself, for all ages! Written with humor, satire, old sayings, and Antiguian dialect. Have a good laugh and learn wise life lessons. For parents, teachers, and grandparents looking for a gift for a child.

Cunning, untrustworthy, thieving, crafty, slick, shrewd...are the words used to describe the one and only Monte Mongoose, more commonly referred to as 'Sly'. Not that there were not others of the same aptitude as he, Roach, Snake, Rat, and a certain spider, are just some to name a few, but none were as cunning as Sly. From having a good time in farmers' chicken coops, sleeping in Garling's nest, or stealing an entire leg right off the grill! Sly was one sly guy, with a reputation as crooked as a politician to boot.

When Sly overhears his rival Rat talking about treasure, he sets out on a journey to find it first. Daring and unfearing, Sly the Mongoose was on the loose.

Join Monte as he goes on a mad treasure hunt across Antigua and maybe, finds treasure.
