The present investigation has as its objective the relative function of the accusation of the trial before the International Criminal Court through the role of the Prosecutor and in a peculiar way when justice becomes complex through the legal tradition of civil and common law. It has the objective of making an international criminal justice system that needs continuous reforms in an efficient and costly way.
