Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

There are some stories that begin with a dream. Others begin with a wound. This one began with both.

To the world, she was a statistic: a little girl whose life split into before and after the day her father went down a road and never came home. A young woman abandoned by the person who promised to stand beside her. A mother facing isolation, financial hardship, and the heavy weight of raising three children alone. A worker stepping off a plane into a distant station across borders where security was unstable, hiding under a desk as twenty-one rockets tore through the sky.

But statistics don't tell the real story.

Broken but Becoming is a raw, triumphant memoir of a woman who refused to let her circumstances write her final chapter. Moving from the quiet warmth of a childhood home to high-stakes corporate offices, and ultimately into the terrifying reality of a volatile region plagued by conflict, this book explores the thin line between merely surviving and truly discovering who you are.

Deeply intimate and grounded in unwavering faith, this is a story for anyone who has ever looked at their broken pieces and wondered if they could ever be put back together. It is an unforgettable reminder that your past may shape you, but it does not have to own you. You are not finished. You are still standing. You are still becoming.
