Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

Cat is VERY good at things. At least, that's what Cat will tell you. When things don't go exactly as planned, Cat always has an explanation.A spilled drink? Meant to do that.A pile of books crashing to the floor? Definitely intentional.A snack-time disaster of truly historic proportions?Well... that one might be harder to explain.I Meant to Do That! is a funny, reassuring picture book about making mistakes, handling big feelings, asking for help, and discovering that getting something wrong doesn't have to ruin your whole day. With a hilariously confident frog, expressive illustrations, and plenty of laugh-out-loud moments, this story gently reminds young readers that everyone makes mistakes-even frogs who are VERY good at things.Perfect for: - Children learning to cope with mistakes and frustration- Kids who struggle when things don't go according to plan- Conversations about big feelings, perfectionism, and asking for help- Classroom and social-emotional learning libraries- Funny read-alouds for home or school- Ages 5-9Because sometimes the best thing to do after making a mistake is fix it, ask for help, or try again.Although Cat may have learned a slightly different lesson.
