Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

The Overwhelmed HomeWitnessed, Not FixedThere's a number running in your head right now that nobody else can see. There's an envelope on the counter you haven't opened yet. There's a decision you already made three days ago that you're still pretending to think about. This book notices things like that. It names the mechanism underneath them, and lets you see clearly what you've been carrying - quietly, without a system, without a checklist, without asking you to change anything you're not ready to change yet.The weight, the why, the trust. It moves through three parts. The first is about the weight itself - the mental math, the toast eaten standing up because everyone else got fed first, the version of clean that only lasts an hour. The second is about why it takes longer than it looks - the unopened envelope, the friction hiding in every ordinary five minutes. The third is about trusting yourself again - the moment you realize you already knew the answer before you asked anyone else.Just the kind of thing you notice about your own life once someone else says it first."I still live in the same overwhelmed home this book is about, and I don't have this figured out any better than anyone else does. If something in here felt witnessed instead of explained, that was reason enough to write all of it." - Tasha Lorise
