Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

For fifty years-from 1976 to 2026-I've been writing lyrics and composing songs, with no intention of stopping anytime soon. The 200 pieces collected in this volume represent what I consider my finest work. Looking back, it is fascinating to hear the roots of my current voice already present in my earliest lyrics, which is why I felt they belonged in this collection. Many of my parody songs are included here as well, as they've always been my first love. I've been in a few bands, and I've written songs for films and television. My most successful and fun project was The Jimi Homeless Experience. Following the band's breakup, I was inspired to write dozens of angry songs, laced with dark humor. To this day, I consider them among the strongest I've written. In the past five years I've written more than 200 songs and moved from SESAC to BMI. I have released dozens of these new songs under various artist names, including Bondo Brothers, Frank Genius, Band of Junkys, The Dixie Pricks, etc. As of this writing I've got several songs with more than 500,000 streams each.If you are a recording artist or have a band that wants to cover or record a song, let me know. Enjoy!
