Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

Some of my family are related to southwestern tribes. So when I called them my little wild indians I was not kidding. Another part of the family are elated to Chief Timbimbo of the Bannack tribe. My grandchildren in one family are 1/8 Shoshoni Indian. They inhabited the Western part of Wyoming including Yellowstone. In fact the surveyor group that helped create the Yellowstone Park and valley was led by a Shoshoni woman her English name was Jenny and Jenny Lake Wyoming s named after her. I took literary license and created some of the Indian fables I came across. .It is interesting to note that many of Aesop fables were ancient stories and oral traditions tracing back to Egyptian times. Many of the native American Indian stories reflect upon these same stories. Causing one to wonder how they got here in America unless they travelled here orally. Indian stories are part myth, part legend, part fable or moral story. Most often used to teach lessons to young readers. Tepee Stories are a set as native Indian stories, these tales express moral lessons and build character. I have tried to use animals and indian character to protray the lesson. This lesson teaches that small weak members of the tribe are likely the stronger member in some way. Each of us have gifts and abilities that unique to us alone. All are important in the circle of life caught in the dream catchers web..
