Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

I'm nearly fifty, and I build operating systems for a living. For years I ran my own health like an amateur: lose the weight, regret the beer, put it back on. Willpower always ran out. So I stopped relying on it and built a system instead. The Real Life System is the manual for that system. One place where the truth lives, weight, food, movement, protein, alcohol, sleep and a weekly review, and a loop that keeps working when real life gets messy. It took twenty pounds off me in about eleven weeks, and the muscle held. I'm still drinking more than I'd like, and the system counts that like everything else. It doesn't judge you. It just makes the truth harder to dodge. This is not a motivation book, and it isn't a six-week shred. It's a practical field manual for a tired, busy, sceptical man who already knows the obvious things and needs them to stick. The work is simple and known: eat sensibly, move a lot, mostly walking, and log it honestly. The system makes that work sustainable and shows you it's paying off. What you build: one source of truth, a weekly review, and a loop that adjusts. What you need: a scale, a watch, a spreadsheet, and the honesty to log it.Common sense, made hard to dodge.
