Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

If you've grown and lived in the world as a person, you know how it feels to be stuck. With these words, Evi Winter introduces their first poetry collection, filled with verses that attempt to understand the joys and pains of living. Using imagery that captures all the sensation of emotion, Winter's poems narrate the universal experiences of change and of questioning the seeming impossibility of the world around us. Whether they are about the death of a baby bird or an outdoor concert with their family, Winter's poems describe the pain of empathy while simultaneously discovering its solace. In an overwhelming influx of constant feeling, we can become numb to the world, but these verses draw us back to reality with the simple reminder to feel the sky on our skin.
