Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life." That is the Christmas message. But as God communicated the actual event of His Son coming into the world to save us sinners, He included many individuals and groups who were part of the story of Christmas. Besides the main characters of Jesus, Mary and Joseph there are many others who add details and drama to the Christmas story. From a priest named Zechariah and his wife, Elizabeth, to unnamed angels, shepherds, and wise men, to the villainy of a paranoid king, each enhanced the wisdom and compassion of the Director who orchestrated all the details of the Christmas drama. May your response to the Baby, Who came to ransom you and His Father whose great love gave Him for you, be one of worship and awe. May you realize that such a gift is worthy of an offering in return...an offering of yourself to Him completely. No other response is adequate.

Three fictional stories are included in this book which are based on the Scripture passages studied. These stories provide a considered perspective of what might have been the response of various supporting cast members to the Christmas drama.

The Setting the Heart Bible study series addresses questions with questions. The art of interview includes questioning the one of interest. The first-hand information in the Holy Bible gives a balanced perspective of the One being studied. Randall Grabau gives the reader the benefit of his own questions regarding God's being and our relationship to Him.
