Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

The Bible makes it clear that work is important to God. This applies to any profession or occupation of one, from being a father or mother, bus driver, artist, engineer, etc. Following are key Biblical teachings on work from the book of Genesis to Revelation, offering practical guidance for Christians who wonder where the Bible stands on how we should approach our work. The book of Genesis is essential to understanding the biblical teaching on work. It tells the story of God's creation and how He provides humans with the tools necessary to work. In Genesis, we see God at work and learn that His plan for us is that we also work. The book teaches us about the importance of obeying and disobeying God in our work, and how God works in both our obedience and our disobedience. It is the foundation of all biblical teaching on work and is essential to understanding the other books of the Bible.
