Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

On 13th October 2003, science stopped, technology fell and the world was changed - magick had returned with all danger and majesty that entailed. And yet, more than a decade-and-a-half later, much to my continuing chagrin, not a single dragon had been spotted. The Saga of Quantamancy continues as sabers are rattled and battle-lines are drawn all across the ever expanding new realm. Small and large, initially benign or looming threat, in this new old world, there are opportunities to be had, whether that be at the end of a sword or a wand.In Albany, the new heart of hermetic magicks in the realm, archmagus Thaddeus Gone has found himself in direct opposition to those he once called friend. They fight for power. They fight for control over the new realm. But could it be that within a shadow of the old realm there lies a truth, a hope and a promise for redemption? The path of Edgar Cole finds him walking on familiar ground. Facing challenges in both the physical and metaphysical domains, he finds that his capabilities give him something he didn't have previously; options.Meanwhile, Danny Netherton's path takes her further and farther that she ever thought possible. With her clowder cat Maximillian as her only companion, she will face some troubling questions at the end of her journey. And for Alura, between ruling over her shared domain, dealing with diplomatic flaps and a potential aggressor on her doorstep in the form of a newly resurgent New London, the former fey familiar has some time for a little personal growth.
