Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

"Tripurasura: The Rise and Fall of the Demon Cities" is an epic tale of cosmic balance, divine justice, and eternal struggle between good and evil. This ancient myth centers around the three demon brothers-Vidyunmali, Tarakaksha, and Virupaksha-who, through intense penances, earn powerful boons from the gods, granting them immense strength and immortality. With these boons, the demons create the three cities of Tripura, each representing different aspects of ignorance, arrogance, and materialism. These floating cities become almost invincible, with the demons expanding their reign over the cosmos and plunging the world into chaos. The balance of the universe begins to tip, and the Devas (gods) realize that only Shiva, the god of destruction, can restore order. As the cities align in a cosmic moment foretold by Brahma, Shiva must confront the demons and annihilate Tripura with a single, devastating arrow. This act of cosmic justice is both an expression of divine wrath and a crucial moment of renewal and enlightenment, as the forces of evil are finally defeated and balance is restored."Tripurasura" teaches profound lessons about the nature of power, humility, and the consequences of unchecked arrogance. It explores the enduring truth of cosmic cycles, where destruction leads to rebirth, and how spiritual insight and selflessness can overcome even the greatest evils. The story of Tripurasura continues to resonate in both classical and modern contexts, offering timeless wisdom about the nature of existence and the eternal battle between light and darkness.
