Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

Could the new kid in class be an actual monster, or is he just acting? Why are space aliens working your favorite trick-or-treat route? How does a scarecrow make a friend when scaring is all he knows?Welcome to the Timeless Terminal, a stop on no map and no schedule. It shows up when a kid is having their worst day ever. The Station Master waits, notebook open, logging every bad day that walks in. The next seat is yours. This is where the line starts. Ten stories and two play-together games, straight from your host's collection.- Chauncey VanCamp is a fledgling vampire who has to survive his first hunt to pass Stalking 101. His prey counters with something greater than bloodlust.- Cassie foresees disaster at the Halloween dance. Now she has to save everyone who won't listen to her.- Hairy Larry is a werewolf with dog allergies, prophesied to save the school carnival one sneeze at a time.- Joannie finds a strange journal in the attic, and a century of warnings about the house she is standing in.Plus six more tales, and two story-prompt games that turn readers into writers. Roll the dice to build your own monster, then tell a tale together where every traveler adds a twist.Short stories built to reward reluctant readers, with more giggles than gore. Best read together, whether that's bedtime, a campfire, or the back seat on a road trip. The Station Master loves to share his tales. Be careful, though. Stay too long and you might end up in one.The clock is chiming. The train is boarding.Tickets, please.
