Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

The Web of Pride is the third book in the Believe & Receive series, teaching young readers an important lesson about humility, kindness, and the power of love. In this story, Silas the spider takes pride in his spectacular webs, seeking admiration and attention. But when his web breaks and he falls in front of a crowd, Silas feels shame and embarrassment. With the gentle guidance of Jesus, Silas learns that true strength comes not from seeking praise but from helping others. From that moment on, Silas begins to use his webs to support and care for others, mending wings, lifting heavy crumbs, and offering shelter. As he shifts his focus from pride to compassion, Silas discovers the joy of helping others and cheering for them, rather than seeking attention for himself. This beautifully illustrated book encourages children to embrace humility, kindness, and teamwork, showing how love and selflessness create stronger bonds. A perfect addition to the Believe & Receive series, The Web of Pride inspires children to build others up with their actions and to find true happiness in loving and helping others.
