Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

A sweet, family reunion mix-up romance. It takes strategies to win a war, but prayer and spiritual intervention are needed to win a godly woman's heart. God has been calling out to Blake Cross ever since Blake was deployed in Iraq and he took his safety for granted. Now, back on American soil, Blake still won't surrender his soul - until he meets Paige Blake at a family reunion. When the Lord gives Blake an ultimatum, is Blake listening, and is he finally ready to learn what it takes to be a godly man fit for a godly woman?A reader said: "Call me biased, but anything Pat Simmons writes, whether it's about a dog dancing or the sky being blue, is guaranteed to be awesome. She didn't fail with this book either. Paige was very inspiring. Although she was lonely and desired to marry, she didn't lose herself in Blake's attention. She continued to trust God to deliver on His promises. Blake was a very likable character. Although he was initially drawn to Paige's beauty but through her love for God and the kindness she displayed, she was able to draw him to Christ. The secondary characters were just as easy to like and fall in love with, they helped give the story life. It was a pleasure to see Dominque again and to see how her and Paige's friendship evolved."
