This second book represents another collection of short stories written for my grandchildren during the covid pandemic when visitation wasn't possible. The kids enjoyed the stories, which encouraged me to write more. The first book grouped twenty-four short stories that were lighter in nature with a nod toward fantasy characters. This book is comprised of ten stories that are a little longer. It has more of an adventurous tone, leaning on tales of the sea (past and present), as well as science fiction, exploration, environmental responsibility, and even a hint of time travel. There is also a story about writing stories in here as well. Whether you are reading this to your children (or grandchildren), or they are reading this on their own, I hope the reader/listener is transported to other places with each one. Perhaps someone reading this will be inspired to write a story of their own.
