Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

Meet Magpoo, a high-spirited magpie. He faces criticism from other magpies who point out the mistake he's made with his name, complain about how loud and how often he sings, and disapprove of his clown-like behaviour. With the Australian 'no worries' attitude, Magpoo simply carries on with what he does best: enjoying life and singing louder than ever.----"Magpoo the Magpie is a blast to read aloud too. Not only are the rhymes always smooth and effortless, but each page comes with its own silly singing sounds. I'd have a hard time imagining a single kid who doesn't like hearing their parents chanting as Magpoo does. It says: If your parent can be silly and loud, maybe you can be too." - Toni Woodruff for Independent Book Review"Through Magpoo's antics and unwavering enthusiasm, children learn to appreciate their unique talents and celebrate who they are, regardless of others' opinions. The book encourages readers not to let criticism dampen their spirits or creativity." - Luwi Nyakansaila for Readers' Favorite
