So please allow me to introduce myself.My name is Andrew Ashley. I was, most recently a federally registered independent presidential candidate in the 2024 election. I grew up in Daytona Beach, Florida attending high school during the chaos and electricity of Spring Break. I spent eleven and a half years at private Catholic schools, in the peak of pedophilia and numerous child abuse scandals. Those years helped shape me in ways I would not fully comprehend for decades.After graduation, I did not run away from the noise, I became it. I was the frontman for two successful hard-driving rock bands, Dream Police and later Smokin' Mother Nature. For nearly six years we lived on the road across the Southeastern United States, playing four or five nights a week in smoky bar rooms and clubs filled with a neon haze. The kind of places packed with people who can spot authenticity a mile away.I now have a 26-year-old son, whose grandfather is James C. France, the owner of NASCAR. Needless to say, my life became a lot more complicated. What followed was a seventeen-year custody battle against a multi-billion-dollar empire. The world's longest custody case. A fight most people could not even imagine. A fight I was never meant to win, a fight I refused to lose.Then came January 6th. After the riot at the capital, I felt compelled to run as a presidential candidate. I became the only federally registered independent candidate in history to purchase an ad in USA today.At a time when my voice was getting louder, the powers that be Google, Facebook, mainstream media, etc. did their best to shut me down. Silence is their weapon of choice. So I wrote. I wrote until my story no longer felt like a weight on my chest. I wrote so I could forget. My first book, years in the making, a lifetime of surviving. I am now looking for the right people to represent me to bring my story to the world. Not to sensationalize it, it is sensational enough -but to finally speak truth where years of silence lived.
