Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

Nellie the pup sets off an unattended drone that goes on a fanciful journey across the skies of a historical town. As she plays with the remote control, the drone jauntily swoops and soars along the busy shops on Main Street, zooms over the tallest building, and cuts through a barber shop to trim a boy's hair. At a coffee shop, the drone politely holds the door for customers to go inside, and at a library, it helps a girl who has dropped her books. By circling dozens of places in the town, including historical sites, the drone helps the townspeople see that their town is an amazing place to live.Vibrant illustrations by artist Nikki Ponce bring to life this action-packed, rhyming read-aloud adventure written by author Janet Pogue Tolle. No matter where children live, they will love the exciting flight of this playful runaway drone. Readers familiar with Galesburg, Illinois, will see familiar places throughout and will appreciate the historical reference pages in the back of the book.
