Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

You have a story to tell. But where do you start? If the thought of writing a book is daunting, then this is the book for you! "How did you get started writing?" is the question Kelly J. Stigliano gets asked most frequently. After a small newspaper in the rural south printed her opinionated letter to the editor, the unexpected uproar opened her eyes to the power of her pen. Emboldened, she submitted stories about her life to magazines and found success. Now, fifteen anthologies and hundreds of articles later she shares her journey from quelled quill to powerful pen. Kelly's memoir, Praying for Murder, Receiving Mercy: From At-Risk to At Peace; My Journey from Fear to Freedom has encouraged women worldwide. In it she shared her road from pregnant teen bride to abused wife, to broke and broken single mother, to redeemed survivor. Now, in her first How Did You . . . book, Kelly tells what did and did not work as she offers resources and reveals the costly mistakes she made on her path to publication. Settle in for a friendly chat with the author as she encourages you to write, because you have a story that only you can tell!
