Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

You too can teach your child to read!"A Good Start Reading" comes to you from over thirty years of teaching reading as a public school reading teacher, special education teacher, as well as through vast private tutoring experience. It is exactly what the title implies: a good start. It is designed for very beginning readers who can identify all the alphabet letters and the corresponding sounds. "A Good Start Reading" teaches children how to read and discriminate short vowel words (cat, bed, hot, etc.) and gives them an understanding of the reading process."A Good Start" is here to offer you a solution.Consistently, parents of new and struggling readers express that they don't know how to teach their child to read and additionally, that they don't feel qualified or confident to take on the challenge. Often this situation becomes frustrating for both the parent and the child. Are you looking for the key to open up the world of reading to your child? Are you looking for a cost effective program that you can teach yourself rather than hiring a professional tutor? Are you searching for a program that offers consistency, repetition, and simplicity of use?Are you looking to just open the book and be guided as to what to do and say?
