Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

BE PRESENT is the third threshold in EMBRACE: The 7 Stages of Grief-a sacred companion for those learning to stay tender in the now.Inspired by her son's five-year cancer journey, Nicky was a Master of the PAUSE. Dr. Michele C. Bell, The Grief Warrior®, guides us into the radical art of pausing-not to escape grief, but to inhabit it fully. In this stage, we honor breath, sensation, and silence. We step away from fixing and instead learn to witness, to sit beside sorrow as one might sit beside a beloved. With pause rituals, grounded journaling, and spiritual presence work, BE PRESENT is a balm for nervous systems frayed by loss. It's where we remember: the body is not the enemy, the now is not a punishment, and presence is the holiest form of love.
